Vacation time in Cabo!

I'm baccckkkk!! Hello everyone. I'm sorry that it feels like forever ago since I wrote my last post. I recently got back from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a bachelorette party and had the best time. It was also my first bachelorette party that I've been part of and I can't wait until the next one!

There was a total of eight girls on the trip and we stayed at the Sandos Finisterra Hotel. I may have spent the majority of my vacation in one of the resorts three pools. There's just something about drinking pina colada's, margaritas and eating chips, salsa and guacamole poolside! There was also a huge swim up bar that our group made great use of.

I liked to start my mornings off with an iced chai latte from the Cupcake Cafe coffee shop and then head over to Don Diego's Restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant overlooked the marina and the ocean. It was a beautiful view alongside breakfast. I'm a fan of breakfast buffets because there are endless options and always something for everyone.

The resort was also really close to town, which was a short 10 minute cab ride. During one of our nights out we checked out Albolengo. We had so much fun at this spot and it was the perfect way to kick off the evening. Cocktails, margaritas, hookah, live DJ, you name it and Albolengo's will make it happen for you.

We also checked out La Vaquita, which was sooo much fun. I would highly suggest checking this club out. La Vaquita once translated literally means 'the little cow' and that's exactly what you'll find hanging from the middle of the ceiling. Our booth was unique as it had a ladder that we could climb up and dance on top of the platform on top of our booth. The staff here were super friendly and our security guard didn't leave our booth. We also checked out Pink Kitty Nightclub which was right next door to La Vaquita. It was another great party spot but rather a cow in the middle of the room there was a pole. Let's just say there was a lot of entertainment provided for our group.

So what's to follow a night of dancing and drinking?! Taco's that is! The only thing for me is that I'm really not a fan of tacos (I know, call me crazy). I'm definitely more of a quesadilla kind of girl! Which I can honestly say I had the BEST chicken quesadillas ever at The Office on The Beach. A beautiful colourful restaurant located on the beach. This was a really fun and unique experience.

You should for sure add this restaurant to your list if you're heading to Cabo! The Office Rambo is also something to experience (known for making birthdays and bachelorettes extra special). Our bride was a champ!

Our time in Cabo was SO MUCH FUN and a first for me! The nightlife was great, the group of girls were amazing and seeing the smile on our bride's face was all worth it. If you plan to travel to Cabo, check out some of these places I've mentioned!

So I've got a little bit of the travel bug as they say... and I'll be traveling to Italy in June! Stay tuned for all of those upcoming details.
