Sweat Sesh with Booty By Mich

This weekend I had the chance to sweat it out with Michelle also known as Booty By Mich and let me tell you, the name rings true!
It was such a great session that has left me feeling so sore (in the best way possible)! One thing that I don’t do enough of is work out on a regular basis. It’s something that I keep telling myself I’m going to do and make time for, but getting comfy on the couch and catching up on my PVR has seemed to be taking up the majority of my time…

There are a number of reasons why I don’t workout in a gym. Some of them are:
  1. I really have no idea what I’m doing
  2. I don’t want anyone to see that I have no idea what I’m doing
  3. I don’t make enough of an effort in finding time to workout
If Saturday’s sweat session taught me anything it’s the fact that I need to make the time to exercise. Not only to try and look good but more importantly to FEEL good. Briana of The Blissful Blog and I worked out for 60 minutes and surprisingly, I wasn’t watching the clock or dying for our session to be over. Michelle had us sweating from start to finish all while keeping us motivated and jumping into the workout with us as well! The Blythe Toning Studio where Michelle trains her clients was so chic, clean and a beautiful space to get sweaty! It was so reassuring to be able to train with someone who is so passionate about her craft. Michelle beams with happiness and positivity, which is contagious!

Get a great workout in with Michelle! You won’t regret it.
